I selected the wrong size tote or clothing, can this be exchanged?

Clara’s Closet is a boutique; therefore, inventory is limited. We are unable to change orders once they have been placed. However, we can cancel an order if customer requests before shipment.

I entered the wrong shipping address on my order. What happens next?

Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing. If you live in an apartment and don’t include the apartment number, the order may return to us. Any order returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address will receive a refund minus shipping.

As a boutique, we often have one-time drops and limited inventory. We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please read the product descriptions carefully. Please review photos before finalizing your purchase.

I received my tracking number, but I haven’t received my order. Will Clara’s Closet file a claim for me?

Clara’s Closet is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a customer believes their package to be lost or stolen, it is their responsibility to file a claim with the postal service. Once a claim is filed and we receive the claim number, the customer will receive a full refund for the lost package.

How do I care for the YGB, knitted garments, travel shirts, and sweatshirts?

*Do not in place in dryer, air dry only

*Do not iron on the printing of travel shirts and sweatshirts.
